Complex changes can be made instantly and effortlessly, at any stage, including during print-master or even later, if picture recutting is necessary. Our ability to clean your production sound is unsurpassed as the first L.A. facility to incorporate the just released Cedar DNS2000. A multi-channel network, provides instant access on the mixing stage, to thousands of on-line sound effects, all ADR takes and all production dailies. We mix and print-master in all formats, including the new 8-channel IMAX system. Our THX certified stage has 35mm projection. There truly is no limit to what can be done on your mix.

Sound Trax Studios was conceived in 1981 when Jeremy Hoenack, our President, revolutionized the sound design field with a new, feature-film quality, electronic editing system. In 1984, our D.A.V.E. digital editor produced phenomenal results. Sound Trax editors won armloads of Golden Reels, and we became the premier innovator for film sound. With one patent and another in development, we continue the tradition to the present.
